Pros

You get to work in gaming, great brands/IPs, and smart hard working people. The office is located in Santa Monica so that's hard to beat.

Cons

You work a lot. The hours and deadline can be tough. Promotion path isn't clearly defined but I hear they have taken steps to fix this.

Pros

Good people to work alongside, and great franchises of which to contribute. But, not enough of a willingness to invest in smaller studios.

Cons

Work-life balance is generally heavy. And, there's a real sense of dread whenever the publisher visits a studio.
