Great Company to Work for

Pros

When I was hired. I had only been with the company for 3 months when I got sick with COVID. I was hospitalized for 4 months, had a bilateral lung transplant, and the people at this company stood behind me the whole way. I was finally able to return to work after being gone for 8 months and they were waiting with open arms. I've never worked for a company with such compassionate and caring people. This really feels like home!

Pros

The software department is fairly relaxed most of the time. An assignment's approach is often left to the developer and creativity is usually encouraged. The company did a great job shifting to WFH in my department.

Cons

The platform would benefit from a greenfield approach. While improvements have been made, technical debt makes creating new functionality cumbersome at times.
