I concur with other reviews that it is in fact working on interesting problems and do have great ideas - very bad management and implementation.
Cons
Agree with other reviews that senior management is severely flawed. Do not have any managerial experience, training, and background. Agree with other reviews that they clearly do not like internal criticism and reflection and have a very arrogant and condescending attitude toward people that work beneath them. Not at all receptive to feedback, no clear way to provide advice to the management. Very dictatorial and lacking of a feedback loop. Low IT pay commensurate with competition and overall market value. I would definitely concur that you should definitely talk to others prior to working here. Work life balance is a major issue.
