Pros

No room for growth. Don’t expect working here full time because they can’t give it to you, even if the case managers tell you other wise. My shifts were M-F from 3:30-5:30pm. Tell me how is a person suppose to live with 2 hours of work ?! Hours are always based after school because you are working with children. I worked with the same child for a year. Case managers would visit every month at the child’s home, and I had so many managers who couldn’t even remember my child’s name that I was working with. After a year of putting up with this bs company, I quit !

Cons

High pay, flexible schedule, some families are awesome

New BIs aren’t trained well, monthly reports on top of 6 month progress reports, no CEU stipend, PTO is given after working in the company for a year, BCBAs are required to schedule start dates for new cases, high turnover rate, no training for new BCBAs, high weekly billable, no morning cases, high caseload, no work cellphone, laptops are slow, feels like management doesn’t value the employees’ opinions and shuts us down, assistant supervisors aren’t trained enough to actually do the work as an assistant supervisor, etc

Cons

Poor management, no caseload cap. The communication is poor between office and clinicians. Behavior technicians are poorly trained.
