      Pros

      They are a great company who care about their employees. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling around school. You can choose your hours in a sense (based on availability of the kids), You get to work with amazing supervisors who are there to help you along the way. Work with amazing kids and their parents.

      Cons

      There was a lack of training during the first couple of months. I am a hands on person and do not feel like I got enough of it, felt like I was thrown in without any proper training.
