Great coworkers Good benefits Work environment is friendly.

Cons

Uncertainty within job stability. Company closes business to keep margins. You can feel like you are in a good stable environment and suddenly your job is no more because of closure.

The job spec was very nice, home office available

Cons

very bad way of letting employees go, one day you have a job, the next you're out. the company has lawyers who make sure you get as little as possible. this is typical treatment as far as I know
