this job is the best to increase your skills and capacities, its a great job to learn and growth. for me the best leadership program you can get, you manage a lot of people and you has to interact and negociate with a lot of departments, this makes you open you communicative skills, and the payment its great

Cons

as you manage a lot of peoples it has to much stress, the processes are not very clear and you depends a lot from the people, sometime its very frustrairing. the tools to work as they want are not enough.
