Untracked vacation - most people our off less than what happens at jobs with tracked PTO Limited 401k investment Outdated Software development practices - Claim to do agile but it's mostly a variation of waterfall Few experienced managers - in my experience most were recent hires Disrespect - I sat in many meeting where people were scolded by directors in front of others Bonus - takes over a year for it to kick in. I was there for 14 months and never got a yearly bonus. My current job I got percentage bonus after 4 months.

Best pay for any warehouse associate in North County, SD.

Cons

Not everyone has their own desk or monitor, you have to wait to use a computer from someone. At times, when there is a task that needs to be done quickly, you will have to wait to print off labels, orders, etc. until the person is done using their computer.

Great culture and work life balance. Lots of investment in systems and process. Good opportunities to grow in your career. Remote work allows life flexibility

Cons

Salary, bonus, 401k, benefits, tuition reimbursement are all average or lower. Not competitive with leasing companies but the flexibility make up for it for many people
