1yWe appreciate that you took time to provide your perspective on Glassdoor. As you mention, 2024 was a difficult year for our organization and employees. Of course, any reduction in workforce is regrettable, yet management acted responsibly in reaction to the uncertainty and cutbacks we faced due to the tightening budgets and contract needs of the government clients that we serve. Now, more than a year later, we remain optimistic about the future of AcuSPHERE and the important healthcare policy research that we see ahead for us. Given that, we encourage you to continue voicing your concerns, ideas, and solutions with AcuSPHERE management directly.

One point you make about pay is worth further discussion -- namely, our locality pay policy that incentivizes employees to work on-site rather than remotely.
