      Pros

      - Decent entry-level experience - HR was very receptive to concerns

      Cons

      - Management needs a lot of work - Communication was really lacking in my specific team - Felt like I was unable to ask questions - Publicly being called out for small mistakes during the 1st six months which is supposed to be a training period - WLB is terrible. I once got a call from my manager at 9:30PM to work on something.

      Pros

      if you're lucky, you'll be able to work with nice and talented co-workers, work on interesting projects, and receive decent training/growth.

      Cons

      too much to share: pay; quality of new hires; loss of good mid-level leadership...

      growth and learning depends on team and manager

      Pros

      -opportunities to learn -friendly team -my manager was really great and really valued my growth and learning

      Cons

      -not a lot of great employer benefits -opportunities of growth really depends on the team you're in and your manager -not great work/life balance for poor pay and benefits -culture is team dependent so you can definitely have a good culture if you're in the right team; i was definitely lucky in terms of my team's culture
