      Learned a ton and was given a lot of opportunity to grow my career. I had a great team and a fair amount of autonomy.

      Pros

      Good coworkers, nice people to connect with. Good office location. You'll walk away with good skills, even if this isn't the best position.

      Cons

      Tons of time wasted on inefficient processes; on-boarding experience is really frustrating and disorganized. I was already working more than 40 hours in my first week. Also, staff are underpaid and little flexibility on in-person and virtual working arrangements. Always got messages from my manager right at 5pm.
