      Sometimes can be very chill, but it really depends on who is your manager.

      Cons

      Since it is a government contractor, be aware of long hours when the deadline is coming.

      Willing to hire inexperienced employees.

      Cons

      It wasn't until I left and joined a better company that I realized Acumen regularly violates CA labor code 515.5(b) in multiple instances. You input your "hours worked", but are not allowed to input overtime hours even if you worked them. Management especially discourages this. Also, certain employees are misclassified as nonexempt. They rely on young inexperienced and immigrant workers to get away with this.
