Stale company culture. No team morale. Employees are bright & hard-working, but their talent is ultimately wasted.

Pros

Fitness instructors come on-site to teach classes. Their training program is very comprehensive (but it's in SAS, which isn't a very marketable skill outside of medical data analysis), and the trainers are very kind! They are open to hiring new grads without any experience.

Cons

Employees are like drones/robots. The office noise level is "library-like." Feels semi-apocalyptic/dystopian. No creativity nor does management/leadership value it. No team morale. People are there simply to work and get paid, and go home.

Growing company with opportunities and some growing pains

Pros

Good benefits. Flexibility to move departments or roles for good fit. Colleagues are very good at what they do. Company usually hires from within for promotions.

Cons

management is mixed bag for who is good at being a people manager vs just being very skilled in their profession. Operations coordinator role is new, so training is not very clear and there’s pushback from some departments for this role.
