      if you're lucky, you'll be able to work with nice and talented co-workers, work on interesting projects, and receive decent training/growth.

      Cons

      too much to share: pay; quality of new hires; loss of good mid-level leadership...

      -Fine experience if you are looking for experience in health policy.

      - Management is pretty awful in my opinion. - Almost zero work related training. - Extremely High Turnover

      Pros

      Starter job. Fun if you want to feel like you're still living in a dorm.

      Cons

      pray for a manager who still acts with basic human decency, but it's not unreasonable to expect dysfunction, a lack of boundaries and professionalism, verbal abuse from the top down
