      Flexible schedule and ability to work remote when needed

      Cons

      Salaries aren't comparable to the rest of the market. No pay raises in several years, of wait sorry they did give us a pay raise it was just only 2% with many people receiving pay increases under 1%. Additionally no junior staff so you are expected to take on lead roles while also doing entry level work. Also they changed out health insurance and it sucks now.
