Overall a dissatisfying experience

Pros

The only positives are the food, vacation time and that it's pet friendly.

Cons

Where do I begin here? The first thing would be the environment, this workplace is the most quiet and introverted area you have ever seen. The people here are unfriendly and rude especially the management. They give you no room to grow and seem to have no trust in you. Overall it's a toxic work environment here and also the compensation is very poor.

Fulfilling work, relaxed culture, and engaged and fun coworkers

Pros

- Lots of opportunities for meaningful work that has real impact on healthcare - Casual workplace with motivated, engaged, talented coworkers - Career advancement opportunities are plentiful - Lots of variety in types of work - Strong support from senior leadership and research directors - Pet friendly

Cons

- Work/life balance can be challenging on certain projects - Technological capabilities could be better (e.g., faster/more servers, better timekeeping software) - Lots of new hires are straight from college, so summers tend to have a lot of turnover with people going to grad school - Impossible to get to if you don't have a car as the public shuttle service is infrequent and inefficient - Time difference with east coast clients can be challenging
