* Filled with people who are without options to do in their career. * Scarcity leading people to naturally feed off each other and the leftovers.

We know that we're not perfect, no place is, but we are committed to improving every day. As such, we are disappointed that your time with us has created such a negative impression. Please help be part of the solution and share your observations with HR and/or other Sr. Management. We can't address concerns without knowing about them first. I must, however, take exception to your comment regarding, 'people who are without options to do in their career.' We take immense pride in our people and the work they help us do.

Thanks for leaving us this quick review. We do require some previous coding experience for our entry level Data and Policy Analyst position, but it is entry level and we do on-site training when an employee first starts. Please feel free to speak with our HR department regarding your benefits concerns. They have office hours and appreciate the feedback to help continue to improve benefits for employees.
