Pros

Craft workers and project managers are pretty easy going. Do your job right and you'll find yourself on more projects. Clients always seem pretty happy with the work we do. The company seems to be gaining market share from competitors.

Cons

Crews don't seem too motivated to get'r done. Starting out on each project is a bit disorganized. There seems to be jobsite specific communication from the top down that isn't as strong as it could be.
