Poor pay, no flexibility, no career growth

This company has taken a turn for the worst. You can see by the more recent reviews that management has favorites and likes to point fingers at those who are not. There have been no true bonuses since 2016 because for the last 3 years the company has been in the red when meeting financial goals. Also, for lower level employees the raises have been pitiful for the same reason. Barely at a cost of living increase for 2+ years. Infrastructure is a mess and there is an insane turnover rate since the time I started. They love to hire outside talent instead of promoting from within. There is no opportunity for growth at all here. The morale is extremely low. Sadly it has become a toxic work environment. Oh and expect layoffs depending on the department at least once a year because like I have said, they have been in the red the past 3 years and cannot support salaries once the end of year totals start coming in. Please do not work here for your sanity.
