Pros

Amazing benefits and flexibility. People stay for years. I talked to a lady who was in her early 60’s, had been there 25 years. Her mom and grandmother had also worked there for years way back when...

Cons

The courthouse isn’t usually somewhere you want to be unless you are an employee, so with all the people in and out daily, sometimes it’s hard to feel the friendly vibe.
