If you care about your community, your city, your neighbors, this organization has a beautiful mission. I had a brilliant manager. The clients were fantastic.

Work life balance was tough. This job is not for the weak. But there are so many great humans working here.

Pay is HORRIBLE considering the amount of work Pay is under 14/hr If you aren't used to giving direct care ( toileting, feeding, etc.) this is not for you No advancement as far technology and programs for staff or clientele constant changes in program constant changes in employment and team members always under staff causing frequent schedule changes
