Lots of money to be made

Cons

Over worked. Some employees with the same pay and position work 12 hour shifts while others have to work 16 hours they want let you leave or your fired some employees pick close to 3000 cases a day while others pick 800 but they want give a pay difference. No HR in the building to help and assist with complaints or insurance and insurance prices are crazy

Good managers will help you go far, bad management not so much. Mix of both here with the higher ups seeming a little lost.
