Constant changes and restructuring mean you are constantly changing areas. There is no time to adjust to new customers and territory before you are moved again. Constant changes in pay structure. No transparency between upper management and lower management, let alone salesman. Each department is woefully understaffed. I was employed with this company for 4 years and each year they changed our pay structure and made it progressively more difficult to make money. In the beginning, atypical day for me would consist of visiting around 15 stops. At one point, it got so bad that I had 33 stops in one day and I was making less money! No one focuses on the good here. Your positive efforts and hard work are brushed aside and upper management only focuses on what you are doing wrong. You never even get a "thank you" from anyone in upper management here. TERRIBLE morale and lots of turnover in the past year. Office personnel have nothing better to do all day then to snoop and prowl around your social media accounts. One employee who made a playful comment to another over social media was even brought into the office and yelled at...YELLED AT.... over it. He was threatened and they tried to make him feel bad about it, despite it not even being a damaging comment. Just plain sophomoric behavior.
