Pros

Snacks, some of the people It can be hard to get good paying jobs as a pre-med

Cons

I'm not sure how I survived to write this review as they don't seem to know what they're doing. They create unnecessary conflict through pointless favoritism. Almost everyone walks on eggshells because there is intimidation and bullying yet professional behavior problems don't get addressed. People who stay on or leave on 'good' terms to pursue their next career steps are in it for the paycheck. The culture is toxic.

Pros

Terrible company. There’s no HR department. Management is toxic and shady. Do not tell them anything unless you want it used against you. The man who’s supposed to be HR will comment on your eating habits and what you’re wearing. The company is incredibly disorganized. All they care about is making money off people, they don’t even care about the wellbeing of participants in their clinical trials. Everyone is just a dollar sign to them. Everyone is overworked due to a lack of sufficient staff. You’ll be lucky if you have time to eat lunch. The CEO will tell you you don’t need help if you ask for it. Management is sexist and will give males more money and advancement opportunities. There’s no real standard to get raises or title changes. Management just picks favorites and changes their rules whenever they feel like it. The only good things about working here are the coworkers and free ubers.
