      Pros

      Management helpful, overtime optional during busy season. Two breaks make shift go faster.vending machines, microwave, fridge, lockers.

      Cons

      Better communication about point system, PTO, vacation time, etc. Bad point system... can't call off for ANYTHING without getting a point against you.

      Nobody really follows a schedule unless they’re hourly shop labor Low supervision Benefits pretty good Some good people work here

      Cons

      Lots of people leaving constantly, new people treated like they won’t be staying Upper management inattentive and blames employees but gives little direction Entire facility quit recently all but one person Not very organized with processes
