      Pros

      The benefits are good. The flexibility is great. My co-workers are a great group of people to work with. Our immediate boss is always looking out for all of our best interests.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lack of clear communication about upcoming new programs.

      Pros

      I appreciate the team we have put together and how well we all work together. Everyone consistently brings great ideas and positive attitudes to the group, which creates a highly productive environment. Even when faced with negativity, we have shown a remarkable ability to work together and help others see the positive aspects of our efforts. This collaborative spirit is truly commendable.

      Cons

      I think our benefits and everyone should be back to 40 hours per week instead of the sales having 40 hours and editorial only having 37 hours per week. Giving new hires larger starting salaries than those people that have been here longer.

      Pros

      I very much enjoy working at APG. I have a very strong leader in my corner who jumps right in to help, and pushes me to do my best! That is especially nice being a newer employee.

      Cons

      I am not sure exactly how to answer this...Overall, I think there are a lot of people and resources out there! If there is something that I do not know, I know who I can reach out to in order to help me figure it out.
