      Flexibility - comaraderie - ability to learn new things - training in aspects of digital I did not know before - working with new customers on a day to day basis

      Pros

      The company offers benefits. There are lots of company owned locations across the US. Tries to keep up with modern technology. Departmental managers are great.

      Cons

      Working within specified working hours. Yearly pay increased to combat inflation. Employee longevity payments. Better benefit information (that digital fair is terrible and confusing and that's where HR refers you to)
