Work is enjoyable and constantly moving! The negatives just outweigh the positive

Poor management! Be ready to get fired no warnings! This place loves to fire people in hopes problems go away! I worked here for almost 4yrs! Busting my butt to get fired due to management not wanting to handle their job and do meetings because they never get serious the ones messing up and not doing the job right! Everyone’s unhappy due to management not caring about employees and not fixing machinery! The work itself is enjoyable just poor environment and management ruins it!
