      There are no pros for this job.

      Cons

      Bad pay, no raises even after years of working. When employees are let go or quit, they don’t hire anyone to fill those positions, instead just let the rest of the staff pick up responsibilities. Upper management was laughably bad. Won’t stick up for employees, just puppets for the top heads.

      Wonderful boss that goes above and beyond to help you succeed . Base pay with a great compensation plan.

      Cons

      If you don’t live close the commute can be far . I live in lake Geneva .. 45 mins .

      The community where I worked was wonderful and I enjoyed the people a lot.

      Pay was very low and never went up, even as the market tightened.
