      Pros

      I value the support of the supervisors that I have had. I value being able to take time off and not being made to feel guilty about it. I have a disability and I appreciate the genuine concern from co-workers and management. It's amazing that Adapt doesn't charge us for insurance, and that our benefit plan is very good.

      Pros

      The amount of support that comes from management and co-workers. I appreciate the meetings we have to keep us in check and to listen to staff concerns to resolve any issues.

      Cons

      The hiring process needs to be processed a lot faster. Considering allowing staff to work 4 - 10-hour days to allot for much needed mental rest.

      I love my job at Adapt

      Pros

      I love that there is so much room for growth. I have always wanted to work for an organization that I can grow with, and advance in my career. I feel like I will be able to do that with Adapt. I like that there are many trainings available to staff, and assistance with education. I enjoy the overall culture, and I value the supervision I receive.

      Cons

      Every organization has areas they can improve on. I cannot think of much right now, so I will just say... Buy more company vehicles! :)
