Nice people to work with. Everyone is very dedicated and hardworking in what they do. Management always open to new ideas. Great Learning Opportunities.
Cons
Workload increases a bit when we are close to project completions and working on time-sensitive deadlines which is the part and parcel of any other job.

Pros
Great people to work with. Everyone is very nice and the office culture is great. Technology stack is up to date but not bleeding edge. If you voice your concerns management will work with you to fix any issues. Excellent learning opportunities.
Cons
Few times it's necessary to work extra to meet deadlines but it's understandable.
