Pros

Awesome work culture, Encourage innovation and implementation of cutting edge technology, Good compensation and flexible time-off policies. If you work well, it does not go unnoticed and you are rewarded with a very flexible time-off. Very flexible scheduling and emphasis is on good work done rather than seat presence.

Cons

Being a small company sometimes work-life balance is affected. Especially during release times it can get very stressful. Even though you are encouraged to learn and deploy the latest technology, you never get enough time. Everything is super critical and hence you have to be constantly on your toes. Promotions are a tad bit too slow as well.
