I met the most amazing people while working at Adaptive and the site had amazing culture creating a fun environment to go to work. Exciting science and potential therapeutic advancement

Cons

layoffs on layoffs on layoffs. company does not value their lower level employees and will get rid of all of them to keep the senior VPs. I saw so many re-orgs in my ~3 years there which led to lots of confusion and lack of motivation and chaos.

The executive team and management team, though experienced in lab work, lacks a solid understanding of business operations. The organizational structure is overly complicated with multiple small teams and excessive layers of management. The data structure is a mess, with no data governance, making data analysis difficult. Despite promises to simplify the structure, there has been no significant progress. The disconnect between the product's potential and the team's business strategies is concerning.
