Free snacks and free parking for now. Facilities staff are about the only real positive at the company; they are great at their jobs.
Cons
Management are poor at project and people management. As a result, direct reports are guilted into covering for their boss’s mistakes through surprise late nights and last minute requests to start and finish projects yesterday. And instead of looking forward and prioritizing process improvement during less demanding days, direct reports are instructed to hurry-up-and-wait. Do not work here if you want to advance in your career; the company is struggling to survive, does not communicate long term plans, is extremely siloed, and refuses to cut out inefficient middle and upper managers who could easily be replaced by email.
