The pay, people and benefits are alright but pay does not keep up with cost of living.

Cons

There is constant fear for jobs as the company will have a massive layoff, then quietly lay off another 50 people, then implement new plans that leave the future very uncertain.

Cons

Pay is well below average for the amount of work. No ownership. Leadership that don't care if they burn out staff. Workplace bullying is NORM and leadership let it happen.
