Overall it seems people at Adaptive really care about the mission and are kind

Cons

When I joined Adaptive the employee satisfaction seemed generally very high but when I left everyone seemed unhappy and spread pretty thin. I think the company grew too fast and couldn't support it's growth while maintaining employee satisfaction. Hopefully they have sorted it out since I left because the people who work here are really cool, the mission is meaningful and leadership seems to genuinely care

Cons

Over worked under paid they start you at 30+ clients paying bare minimum. The training was very rushed and they want you to literally do everything
