Pros

Company is full of amazing people that really care about the work they're doing to improve patient lives and care. Good benefits and culture, lots of diversity in the workforce.

Cons

Terrible upper management that can't decide how the company should be run. Company is constantly going through re-organization, re-structuring, re-alignment, etc. which always seem to include ill-advised layoffs. Compensation leaves something to be desired.

Generally good work-life balance, discretionary vacation policy, and remote work flexibility. Good health insurance.

Cons

Exec leaders change priorities and outlook frequently. Lots of layoffs and restructuring in the last year, with remaining employees losing faith in the vision and feeling insecure in their jobs. Execs show limited awareness for how this affects productivity and morale at all job levels. Limited opportunities for growth, regardless of performance.
