      Pros

      Pros: 1. You can truly be your full self at Adaptive. 2. Adaptive has Core Values that contribute to having a great culture of innovation. Adaptive leadership prioritizes their employees and has multiple surveys a year to address different aspects of working at the company. 3. The Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits are great. There is also a 401k match and commuter benefits, alongside some other minor benefits that are included. 10 company holidays a year, plus significant PTO and sick time allotments.

      Cons

      Cons: 1. Communication from leadership and across departments has sometimes not been the greatest. I see many opportunities for this to be improved upon, but communication is okay in general across the company at it currently stands. 2. The commute to and from work (in Seattle) can be a bit much at times.

      Pros

      Co-workers are what makes this place great. The company itself has potential.

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to market average. Leadership seemingly changes their mind every other month on priorities. High work loads and stress. Company is still landing on it's feet after their poorly organized and timed corporate restructuring.
