Pros

The health insurance is quite good, or at least has been for me. Some of the celebrations can be fun. The location is better than others in my opinion. Many of the people I work with is why I still work here.

Cons

A lower-than-average salary runs rampant throughout the company from my experience and what I've been told. The management seems to be very confused with priorities which makes my job harder. Parking is pretty bad in this area and it's the same at Adaptive.

-Getting to work with some very smart and driven people everyday -Brand new building right in South Lake Union - Hybrid work options -Good work-life balance

Cons

- Average to below average pay - No real opportunity for career growth or development - Oftentimes lacking resources to complete projects -Not the most welcoming environment to walk into in my experience
