      Pros

      The people I worked with were bright and driven. They always went the extra mile for the company and each other.

      Cons

      Indecisive and inconsistent leadership. We literally had new priorities every month. It was demoralizing and created an endless cycle of high stress and disappointment. The lack of vision clarity ultimately lead to laying off more 100 people and mass exodus in some departments.
