      Pros

      Great work environment doing work to help save lives. Awesome co-workers who are genuinely happy to be here. Kudos to management for promoting such a positive culture!

      Cons

      Still growing and maturing as a company-- some processes are not yet refined, but that's really no surprise. Not the type of place for someone who wants to get lost among the crowd.

      Good pay, generous benefits, additional employee welfare options

      Cons

      The whole department was removed due to company going under. This was within 4 months of employment. I was able to get another job soon but wished they never hired if they were going to cut the workforce by 40%. After that, the company had multiple rounds of layoffs. Very unstable company.

      lower pay comparing to others. HR is a joke but same as everywhere else.
