      Pros

      The People. Really enjoy the people I get to see at the office everyday. They're all motivated and eager to do a good job. Great rapport both cross-functionally and within teams.

      Cons

      Compensation is lacking, relative to peers and to market. Management is disorganized, decision making is so inconsistent and not fully thought out.

      I could write out a lengthy list of criticisms, but let me sum it up with a single anecdote. In the fall of 2020, at the height of the pandemic, when employees and their families were struggling and scared, the CEO kicked off an all-hands meeting by accusing the staff of taking advantage of working from home. Unbelievable.
