Pros

I've found a very collaborative and friendly work environment so far. Despite starting during remote work, great care was taken to make sure I was well integrated into the team and company culture which I appreciate.

Cons

Haven't come across anything significant cons to date. Some minor growing pains in some of the computational infrastructure but the teams are very dynamic and responsive, I have no doubts problems will be handled as they arise.
