Decent health benefits and nice coworkers.

Cons

Poorly managed and poor decision making. No consistency in tasks or direction. Very top heavy company. Unrealistic expectations verses reality. Poor pay offers up front and little advancement in that front. Many meetings but no resolutions to problems. The open office plan is very noisy and distracting from working. Long hours with no rewards or compenstation time for those hours.
