Pros

Beautiful headquarters with spacious offices for all positions, Naples is very nice. The company came under new ownership in 2016, which has increased the sales reach and provided new innovative technology to the customers. It's a great opportunity for anyone getting in at this point. Senior Management, being software industry veterans, have brought considerable knowledge and insight to running the company and saved it from the financial mis-management of the past. Salaries and benefits are good.

Cons

Some of the older, long term employees have not been very open to adopting new technology and markets. They need to be more positive and willing to change to keep ahead of competitors and retain market leadership.

Pros

Good people to work with. Good product, just needs to be refined and enhanced - which is an on going project.

Cons

AC has one main customer. When that customer has a problem everyone has to drop what they are doing to cater to that customer. This can cause dates to slip. If that customer doesn't pay when expected this causes revenue to be down and management gets upset and layoffs happen. Customer base needs to be expanded.

Pros

This company that lets you take on challenging problems and has relatively few obstacles in terms of getting things done. There are a lot of brilliant people working in engineering.

Cons

This company isn't always the best at taking care of its people. Some of the most important people have quit because they've gotten burned out. Lots of talk has been had about defining career paths but nothing has really been defined.
