Great Company moving towards great things!

Pros

Patient and smart leadership. Many years in the business and has really helped turn around the company that was mismanaged. I am also learning something new every week and we are on the fore front of a revolutionary technology.

Cons

The company is in transition so, disgruntled past employees and getting the materials needed from them but management is great at intervening to help.
