Lots of room for advancement opportunities! The company is growing quickly, leadership is very involved and there is a lot of transparency. Very generous pay.

Cons

As the company moves quickly a lot of things get rolled out and changed very quickly and the Documentation supporting those changes could be better.

Benefits and PTO are very average. The company is rapidly growing, which is great, but this has lead to some confusion in who to go to in management depending on the area I’m in. Seems like something is always changing which is hard to keep track of
