Pros

People are the greatest asset of this company and are fantastic to work with. Management is relatievely new and is putting important and right changes in place to grow the business. Hiring the right people is a top priority and so is Employee engagement and motivation. Enjoy great work/life balance.

Cons

As changes are being implemented expect a bumpy ride but you can turn that to your advantage by being the champion of change.

A pleasant place to work

Pros

The QC department is composed of team work oriented chemists and run by a management team that schedule projects in such a way to remove as much stress as possible from the staff. Everyone works together and the atmosphere is pleasant with ample space to perform work. The benefit packages are fair, vacation days are good, and a performance review system has been implemented that will lead to achievement acknowledgement and compensation.

Cons

Pay could be better. Would like to see more frequent increases in pay and bonuses, hopefully the new employee review system will help with that.
