      Pay is alright, not the absolute best but not bad Can be remote if not visa

      Cons

      Terrible management bombarding with countless work last minute with small deadlines Unlimited PTO is a sham, they hate you taking it Doesn't pay much more than a better WLB job

      Lots to do, ICs are bright and good to work with.

      Feels like some choices happen because someone high up knew someone. Nepotism vibes. Management is chaotic, and C level ppl seem to let it slide also bc of "i knew this guy at xyz company". makes work for ic's feel jerky.
