Addepar has a great vision for their product and they truly try to address social issues with openness and acceptance.

Cons

The exponential growth and the company's trajectory can make you feel left behind. It can be difficult to fully understand how you and your team fit in the org. Recognition of contributions to the success of the company have been egregiously missing from my employee experience.
